In Lower Bavaria, a two-story residential building with 14 modern apartments was completed in an impressively short amount of time. The project was realized using solid modular construction with brick modules from Leipfinger-Bader, which are known for their high precision and prefabrication. The one- and two-room apartments offer a compact, subsidized housing solution meeting the EH40 standard, manufactured from bricks at the Leipfinger-Bader plant in Schönlind.
All the modules were installed in just 4.5 days. By day 11, the roof structure was complete and the building was airtight.
